At Optimistic Designers Solution, we divide the payment process into 3 parts.
As soon as you contact us, our marketing team will review your project with you and provide you a quotation. Following that, you must pay 15% of the original cost of the real quotation, and we will begin working on your project with the construction of a storyboard.
At this point, our team is working on determining what your ideas are and how we might convey them in the form of a presentation or video. After that, we’ll create a storyboard or design and share it with you. The next 35% of the agreed-upon payment will be made if the application is approved.
Our team will begin designing the project in line with the storyboard once it has been approved. When we finish the first part of the project, we’ll present it to you for feedback and updates. If approved, we’ll finish the project, and once you’ve paid the agreed-upon fee, we’ll deliver the project to you in the desired format as per discussion.
Our Refund Policy:
You’re unlikely to need a refund. However, if you want a refund, we may be able to do so if we have failed to meet your standards as agreed.
If you ask for a refund, our evaluation team will look into the case thoroughly before making any conclusions.
Please be aware that if we discover that the client did not follow the initial instructions, we reserve the right to deny any refund.
However, if the customer specified precise specifications and we were unable to complete the project as per those standards, we will provide refunds after deducting our production expenses.
